Rick Buchanan and Family at the 10th Anniversary of the OKC Memorial Marathon -

"This morning, at the crack of dawn, Rick walked in his second OKC Memorial Marathon (his fourth ½ marathon).

Rick walked the half marathon, completing the course of 13.1 miles in 2 hours/46min/46sec, averaging 12.44 min per mile.

He's pleased that he improved his time by 9 minutes from last years walk."
